Dear Members of the Organizing Committee, participating agencies, health professionals, volunteers, and collaborators:

On behalf of the Hispanic Association of Health Professionals, Inc. — AHPSI and the coordinating organizations of our recent 13th Annual Community Health Fair “Choose to Be Healthy,” held on Sunday, July 26, 2026, in Elizabeth, New Jersey, we are pleased to share the Preliminary Report of Services Provided during this important community event.

This document presents an initial summary of the care, guidance, and services reported by the various tables, institutions, and participating areas. On a preliminary basis, more than 767 service interactions have been documented, including clinical evaluations, dental services, general medicine, mental health, social guidance, prevention, education, complementary therapies, and children’s activities.

We also highlight the attention given to 25 children by artist Cristina Hoyos, who brought joy to the event through face painting, creating a family-friendly and welcoming space for our attendees.

The figures included remain subject to review and update, as some institutions reported estimated quantities or records pending consolidation. For this reason, the report will be supplemented at a later date with additional data, photographs, testimonials, referrals, and recommendations for future editions.

We express our sincerest gratitude to all members of the Organizing Committee, agencies, hospitals, professionals, sponsors, volunteers, and community leaders who made this fair possible. Your support, commitment, and spirit of service allowed us to bring essential health and prevention resources to numerous families in Elizabeth and surrounding communities.

We kindly request that you review the document and share any observations, corrections, or additional data that should be incorporated into the final version.

Sincerely,

Dr. Aritmedes Restituyo
