AHPSI Extends Its Sincere Gratitude to the Dominican Cultural House of Boston
On behalf of the Hispanic Association of Health Professionals, Inc. — AHPSI, and on my own behalf, I would like to extend our deepest appreciation to the Dominican Cultural House of Boston, under the leadership of Mr. Luis Matos Méndez, for the gracious invitation to participate in the 17th Annual Health Fair, held on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Franklin Park in Boston.
This important community event reflected a shared commitment to service, prevention, education, cultural pride, and the well-being of our families. The mission of the Dominican Cultural House of Boston to strengthen and preserve our cultural identity while serving the community aligns closely with AHPSI’s mission to promote health education, prevention, professional development, and greater access to health resources for Hispanic communities.
We extend our special recognition to the Board of Directors, Organizing Committee, coordinators, participating agencies, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and community partners whose dedication made this health fair possible. We are especially grateful to the organizations that expressed an interest in continuing to work closely with AHPSI and in developing future partnerships focused on improving community health.
Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to our colleagues and collaborators from AHPSI and the Dominican Medical Association — New England-Boston Chapter, including Dr. Kenia Feliz, Dr. Elizabeth Salas, Mr. Carlos Vargas, Adenia Restituyo, and Dr. Carlos Ramírez, for generously contributing their time, knowledge, and commitment to service.
The success of this gathering reminds us that meaningful change is possible when community organizations, healthcare professionals, institutions, and volunteers work together toward a common purpose.
We leave Boston with gratitude, renewed partnerships, and an even stronger commitment to continue educating, preventing illness, and serving our communities.
To the Dominican Cultural House of Boston and everyone who contributed to this meaningful event, thank you for your trust, hospitality, and dedication to our community. We look forward to continuing this important collaboration for many years to come.
