UNION COUNTY SAVINGS BANK JOINS THE XIII ANNUAL COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR FOR THE FIRST TIME AS A SPONSOR

The Hispanic Association of Health Professionals, Inc. — AHPSI, together with the Dominican Parade and Festival of Union County Committee, is pleased to announce the first-time participation of Union County Savings Bank, Union Branch, represented by Mr. Jerry Jerez, as a sponsor of the XIII Annual Community Health Fair, “Decide to Be Healthy.”

We express our sincere appreciation to Union County Savings Bank for placing its trust in our community mission and for providing financial support to this important event. This first-time sponsorship marks the beginning of a meaningful partnership dedicated to strengthening prevention, health education, and access to free healthcare services for hundreds of families in Elizabeth and neighboring communities.

We also extend special recognition and gratitude to Lic. Yamely Balcácer and Lic. Raymundo De La Rosa, members of the Organizing Committee, for their valuable efforts, dedication, and commitment in helping make this important collaboration possible.

The support of Union County Savings Bank represents much more than a financial contribution. Its sponsorship will help cover essential materials, equipment, logistics, and operational resources needed to provide services to the community in a safe, organized, and accessible manner.

The health fair will take place on Sunday, July 26, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Juan Pablo Duarte & José Martí School, located at 25 First Street, Elizabeth, New Jersey 07206.

Free preventive health services will include blood pressure checks, glucose and cholesterol screenings, electrocardiograms, dental and vision evaluations, nutrition counseling, mental health support, education on women’s and men’s health, HIV and hepatitis C testing and education, social and legal services, financial education, and healthcare referrals.

We warmly invite residents of Elizabeth, Union County, and neighboring cities to join us for this important day of health, prevention, education, and hope.
