He is board-certified in **Vascular Neurology, Sleep Medicine, and Critical Care**, and formerly served as a **Professor at the University of Virginia**.
Dr. Williams is also the founder of the **National Stroke Prevention Campaign** in the Dominican Republic.
He currently serves as Director of Neurology at **Paths Community Medical Center, Virginia**.
