Dear health professionals:
We are writing to you with the purpose of inviting you to actively participate in the XI Annual Health Fair, which will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2024, from 9:00 am to 4:00 am, at the Juan Pablo Duarte School & José Martí, located at 25 First St, Elizabeth, New Jersey.
The fair, under the motto “Decide to be healthy”, represents a unique opportunity to provide diverse and free services to the community. Below we list some examples of the services that each professional can offer during this important event:
– Doctors: General consultations, blood pressure checks, health evaluations.
– Nurses Application of vaccines, preventive health education, taking vital signs.
– Psychologists: Short counseling sessions, talks on stress management and mental health.
– Laboratories Glucose, cholesterol and other basic analyzes tests.
– Dentists Dental check-ups, oral hygiene education.
– Masseuses: Demonstrations of relaxation techniques and therapeutic massages.
– Nutritionists advise on healthy diets, personalized meal plans.
– Physical therapists: Mobility evaluations, demonstrations of rehabilitation exercises.
To facilitate your participation, we will be sending you the registration form separately. We ask you to complete it as soon as possible to ensure adequate organization and distribution of services during the fair.
