A foreign graduate dentist can apply for a dental license in the state of Massachusetts. However, there are certain requirements that must be met in order to be eligible for licensure. These requirements include:
- Graduated from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA).
- Passed the Integrated National Board Dental Examination (INBDE).
- Passed the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Dentistry Clinical Examination.
- Met the English language proficiency requirements.
- Satisfied the moral character requirements.
