Hector Reyes’ Two Minutes Profile: Synopsis: An executive with strong business acumen and comprehensive knowledge of all functional areas in ambulatory medical care. He also possesses collaborative and partnering skills in order to meet aggressive business goals. His multidisciplinary background includes healthcare, business, education and technology. Dr. Reyes holds a Medical Doctor’s degree from the University Autonomous of Santo Domingo, and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) for physicians from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Past: He is the President and Founder of HDR Management Corp, a management services organization (MSO), in New York City. In addition, he has also performed duties as: Executive Vice-President for Business Development at eMedicalFiles, Inc., in Atlanta, Project Director for the Latin-American Initiative at Mount Sinai’s Saint Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital, in Manhattan, Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a federally qualified health center and Director of Operations for the Corinthian Medical IPA (SOMOS), in New York City. Present: Currently, Dr. Reyes is the founder and Chief Executive Officer for HDR Healthcare Network which includes primary care and urgent care medical facilities in Washington Heights, Morrisania, West Farm, and Morris Park. The healthcare network comprises the following medical facilities:  Audubon Primary Medical Medicine at 325 Audubon Avenue, Manhattan  181st Street Urgent Care Center at 521 West 181st Street, New York City  CCN General Medicine at the Boston Road Medical Center, in the Bronx  Morris Park Medical Center at 1154 East Tremont Avenue, in the Bronx  Morris Park Urgent Care Center at 1148 East Tremont Avenue, in the Bronx The healthcare network has developed managing partnerships with the Mount Sinai Health System and the BronxCare Health System Hospitals of New York. It is a partner with La Familia Care Finders, a home health services agency, and operates CCN Care Management Agency, a Medicaid sponsored care coordination program for health home services. Critical Juncture: The healthcare organization recognizes that there is a great opportunity for growth in the markets in which it currently operates.
