Clinical Hospital Nutritionist, graduated from PUCMM and José Maria Cabral y Báez Regional University Hospital, Santiago, Dominican Republic.
Postgraduate in Nutrition in Bariatric Surgery from the Argentine Society of Nutrition (SAN)
Member of the Dominican Society of Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition (SODONEP)
She is currently a member of the staff of the Clínica Unión Médica del Norte in Santiago de los Caballeros

In the US, Stroke, or vascular brain accidents is the 3rd cause of death, in the Dominican Republic, it is the second cause of death, it is estimated that 80% of cases are stroke can be prevented, currently they die in the Dominican Republic 52 patients daily due to this disease, with a healthy diet we can contribute to reduce stroke, that is what this conference is about.
