Es un honor anunciar este reconocimiento al Dr.Luis Gabriel de Leon , graduado de Doctor, en medicina en la Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo UASD, con mas de 25 años, de experiencia como psicoterapista en el area de Filadelfia Pennsylvania, fundador de la cooperativa de medicos Dominicanos del estado de Pennsylvania, co-fundador del colegio medico Dominicano filial valle Delaware, unica asociacion de profesionales Dominicanos en estado de Pennsyvania, el Dr.De Leon fue el primer representate del Ahpsi en la ciudad de Filadelfia, por varios años el Dr.De Leon, ha sido un gran luchador por mejores condiciones de vida de nuestros inmigrantes profesionales de la salud, en la ciudad de Filadelfia, y con nuestros miembros.
