Dominican American Comunitarian Association Inc NJ & Ahpsi, Asociacion Hispana de profesionales de la salud, anunciamos el listado oficial de profesionales ,lideres, empresarios, Comunicadores, a ser reconocido dentro de la XVII anual feria comunitaria de la salud, pautada para el Domingo 24 de Junio, 2018, en la Escuela Dr.Herbert Richardson School, ubicada en el 318 Stockton St, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861En horas de la Mañana 11am. Todos ellos en diferentes maneras y por varios años consecutivos han contribuido al desarrollo de esta feria anual de la Salud, la cual Salva Vida, congratulations a los recipientes del premio anual: “Decide to be Healthy, community Award 2018″

QUIEN ES JOSE BONILLA, BREVE BIOGRAFIA?
Mr.JOSE BONILLA
Jose Bonilla was born in Navarrete Dominican Republic, where he started in the art of acting 40 years ago. Here he received his acting title at the school of art called Ercilia Pepin, located in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. He also studied theater and body expression in Santiago de Cuba, Republic of Cuba; It was here where Mr. Bonilla became the director & Acting Professor at the National School of Fine Arts, Campus Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. Mr. Bonilla coordinated artistic presentations, on several occasions for Dacanji’s annual health fair “Decide to be Healthy”, in Perth Amboy, Elizabeth, and Newark.
Mr. Bonilla has presented his works and directed several of them at international festivals in different institutions of the city of Perth Amboy, among others: William C .McGinnis School, Perth Amboy, William Robert Wilentz School, Alexander F.Jankowski Community Center, Perth Amboy Gallery center for the Arts, At the YMCA theater in Perth Amboy and also at the Dominican Commissioner of Culture of the city of New York.
Mr. Bonilla in 2005 founded the house of culture of Navarrete USA; From which he has contributed to assist dozens of people offering acting courses, native dance lessons, public speaking, puppet courses. He also worked in the area of production and offered courses in monologue, & Corporal Expression.
Mr. Bonilla has coordinated and directed 6 international theater festivals and 2 international monologue festivals in the city of Perth Amboy, New Jersey and in New York. Professor Jose Bonilla has had the privilege of working with and iinviting the best interpreters of Latin American theater such as: Iván García Guerra (Dominican Republic), Rafael Villalona (Dominican Republic, Deceased), Alberto Ruiz (Puerto Rico), Andrés Calda (Cuba), Armando Villamir (Panama), Alberto Mecía (Cuba), Rómulo Rivas (Venezuela), and many others.
Mr. Bonilla has received several recognitions from different institutions for his support to the development of theater in the United States. The Latino Leadership Alliance of New Jersey, The Dominican American National Roundtable, {DANR}, Conference on Dominican Affairs of New Jersey have all awarded him in the past with different honors. Mr. Bonilla has been a recipient on three occasions of the prize for theater merit, an award given annually by the Association of Art Journalists from the City of New York.
Mr. Bonilla with the play “Los Disfraces” by Uruguayan Ricardo Prieto, under Mr. Bonilla’s direction, they won 2nd place in the 2nd Latin Theater Festival. An award goven by the Dominican Commissioner of culture from the city of New York.
Currently, Mr.Bonilla, directs his theater school in which he offers numerous festivals, courses and workshops related to the art of acting, in the Bronx County, New York.
