The Hispanic Health Professionals Association Inc NY, Was Founded on November 2,1989 in
New York City. It was created with the main Purpose of agglutinating Hispanic Professionals Trained in the field in Latin America and Caribbean countries.
This organization works closely with other institutions, participates in health Fairs and Conducts forums on Prevention of Alcohol Abuse, Health Prevention, and other health -Related issues.
Objectives:
1. To increase the scientific Knowledge of the members.
2. To improve the quality of life of all Members,in Issues such: Stemming from lack of employment and complications resulting from not being able to pass the exams given por Usmle.
3. To Prepare Hispanic Physicians, Nurses,Technicians and other health Professionals in How to obtain appropriate licenses to facilites their practice in the health field in the United States.
4. Assist some members in obtaining appropriate documentation for their permanent residence in the United States.
